I normally go for a short run with Mona and hubby in the morning. I LOVE my morning run! It clears my mind,makes me feel relaxed, it helps me to prioritize things and to organize my day. And is usually the moment when I think what I ll be painting :) Today I was in a flower mood, and her it is! a rose from my neighbour garden!!
