Some Me and my baby moments, monkey style :)

I am taking a digital painting class this summer semester and I am loving it already.
The first assignment consisted in finding and animal that represented me and drawing 15 sketches. 

After discussing many animals possibilities I went for the monkey :)

Here are my sketches:

The Fairy Godmother waved her wand and the mirror appeared. There in the reflection, standing in the same disordered kitchen among the drying laundry and dirty pots and pans - was the most beautiful princess she had ever seen. Cinderella gasped. It was her!
Her dress of rags was replaced by the finest embroidered ball gown. She lifted the hem to see that her bare feet were now encased by two crystal slippers. The fairy Godmother chuckled. 'You shall go to the ball after all!'

Considering the little amount of art-time available to me at the moment I am super happy with the result.
