Not much to say here...is a tomato!:)
Yesterday after finishing with the pears I has still a lot of red left on my palette...so what the best thing to do not to waste that beautiful red color ?
Here it is!
End of my day now... Melanzane alla parmigiana for dinner ( the tomato is inside !)
