Once upon a time there was a little gold fish ...pag 1-2!

Hello!

Apologies for not posting in some time...I am working on so many projects lately that at the end of the day (once I have put Alex to bed!) I am always to tired to start blogging.

But here I am trying to catch up :)

My new book project "Little Red" is going on stronger than ever :)
Here are pag 1-2. It will be an innovative kind of book (with flaps and and cutout ).

Let me love you a little more before you are not little anymore.

This quote resonates very much with me these days.
My 3 year old boy has just started preschool.
He still loves cuddles and is 100% a mommy's boy ... but surely he will grow out of this soon enough.
He is growing so fast <3 ....but no matter the age he will always be my little baby .

I really enjoyed creating this artwork using the paper mache technique and putting my computer aside for sometimes.
Using real brushes and getting dirty is fun :)
Also I reused a found drawer to house the little couple.
Here are some photos of the work in progress.

Happy anniversary Baby!

Once upon a time I became your and you became mine.
And we 'll stay together through both the tears and the laughter ...
because that is what they call happily ever after.

Happy anniversary baby, is 8 for us!
Is not always easy, we both know it . But I would choose you in hundred lifetimes, in hundred worlds, in every version of the reality. I would find YOU and I would chose YOU.
Love you Baby.

Little red, work in progress.

"Once upon a time there was a little gold fish.
Everyone was calling her Little Red because of the red cap she was always wearing......"

When you travel books can be your enemy adding way too much weight to your luggage.
So we flew for a week to Poland book-free.
On our fist night started asking for his bed story and I came up with this underwater version of Little red Riding Hood.
We are very much into the sea-ocean world, both in love with Nemo and Dory.
After one week of story telling I decided to write it down, because it was just to good to be put away after the holidays.
One month of scribbling and sketching...

Now I am working on the book dummy.
Someone is already liking it!

It is always exciting to start a new project.
Looking forward to show you more!
